The Chakra Series: Part 1 of 4 - Root & Sacral

The chakras are the centers of our bodies in which energy is concentrated, often referred to as energy vortexes. That chakras are the system that connects our energies to our physical body. Each chakra has associated colors, foods, organs, functions, and emotions. When out of balance the chakras can get stuck open, closed, or even stuck spinning in the wrong direction. Join us for the first of our four part series as we use drop into our bodies and use yoga to learn more about the chakra system--how to understand it, heal it, and use it for personal growth.

After each chakra workshop we'll wind down with a tasting from Twisted Corks on an associated alcohol. Working on the root chakra? You'll enjoy a tasting of red wine. The crown chakra? We'll work our way through a selection of white wines.

We'll wrap the evening with a tour of Studio 208 as you learn about a new artist and how you can better support your local art community.

Fall 2019 Yoga & Wellness Retreat!

We believe that realistic health is the key to true wellness. We believe that balance is better than dogma. We believe that trauma grows in the dark and that all the kale in the world wont heal you if you bury that trauma. Mostly, we believe that building and benefiting your community is the strongest way to increase your health and happiness. Our retreats combine our three core services—movement, health coaching, and home cooking—into one immersive experience designed to touch on all of these things. We’ll teach you skills that you can carry into your daily life. We’ll use yoga to increase self-love and build body awareness. We’ll dine under the stars warmed by a glowing fire. We’ll certainly drink way too much wine. We will laugh, we will cry, and we will build community to last a lifetime.

ALL proceeds go directly to Thistle Farms, so whether you donate $5 or $500 we are incredibly grateful.

Galentines DIY Bouquet Bar + Vinyasa Flow

This GALENTINES day get fancy with us while investing in some self-care and chasing away some winter blues with a bouquet of your favorite flowers!

At TRILUNA we believe that wellness should be enjoyable. We believe that you should be able to laugh during a vinyasa flow. And we believe that fresh flowers have as much of an impact on your health as a kale salad.

Join us February 13th with a gaggle of your girlfriends/witches/sisters at The Gardens of Babylon for a light hearted vinyasa flow followed by a lesson in bouquet making. Since it's valentine's there will, of course, be an assortment of petit fours, finger sandwiches, and tea cakes to make you feel like a real proper lady (just kidding we have no idea what those are but there will be snacks and most assuredly there will be cupcakes).

Included:

Yoga

Flowers

Crystals

Tea

Crumpets

Extra special gift just for you: French 75s so you can leave feeling like one of the aristocracy.  (French accent not guaranteed but encouraged.)

Healthy Aphrodisiacs: A Cooking Class in 3 Courses

The word "Aphrodisiac" comes, of course, from the word Aphrodite—the ancient Greek goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, and procreation. Aphrodisiacs as a food group are believed to have a magical, sensual quality that increases libido and are often called, "love drugs." This Valentine's Day, rather than spending all your money on a $300 at a fancy restaurant, learn how to make your own 3-course meal all from ingredients designed to improve your love life. Bring your lover, bring your best friend, bring your Tinder date! This class is designed to be enjoyed by those in a relationship as well as those still looking and those independent creatures that wish to make romance their own.

For this class TRILUNA is joined by Chef Keshia Hay of Sip n' Bite Cocktail as we work our way through a common set of aphrodisiacs and create our very own candle lit dinner. You'll learn everything from the history of the food, to knife skills, to plating. This Valentine's Day take it to the next level and leave with knowledge that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to see you there!

The menu will include:
(*aphrodisiac)

MAIN

*Saffron Risotto with umami vegetable medley (*asparagus, *artichoke hearts, *roasted garlic)
Option of *chili, *fig & *ginger glazed Shrimp

SALAD

CANCELED: Progress, Not Perfection: A Vision & Goals Setting Workshop

“In any moment, there are a million things that can be done. But all that can be done in that moment is the one thing that is needed.” ~ Jeff Zlotnik

Setting weight loss goals for the new year was so 2018. It's time to think bigger, better, and with more self care. It's time to match our goals and intentions with our values. It's time to get clear on what we want, what the path to those goals might be, and how to enjoy our life in the spaces between the accomplishment of our goals.

Join on us January 20th as we team up with Manon Zouaï of Insight Coaching & Consulting to learn how to align our goals with our purpose so that we can find joy in today, while building the life of our dreams. We'll take elements of health, life, and business coaching and combine them with breath work and meditation so we are clear, confident, and focused as we move into the new year.

In this workshop you will learn how to:

-Create a clear & compelling vision for your life that aligns with your highest self.
-Set healthy, actionable goals based on the 7 Principles of Effective Goal Setting
-Uncover your core values and what truly fuels you to move forward in your life.
-Determine 3 simple things you can do TODAY to live in a way that fulfills you.

Winter Solstice Workshop ❄️

Winter Solstice Workshop ❄️

The winter solstice, also called Yule, is the longest night of the year and marks the sun at it's weakest point all year. It is from this moment when Sun is at its weakest that it can only grow stronger as time progresses and it reaches its peak strength at the summer solstice. It is the promise that things will get better. That days will be longer. That the sun will shine brightly again. The winter solstice is about renewal, turning points, and change.

Join us on the evening of Dec 19th, just as we launch into full blown celebration time, to get quiet and consider all that has passed, what has gotten us to this point, and to celebrate the promise of what is to come. We'll flow gently, meditate peacefully, and then celebrate vivaciously. The cider will be warm and the wine will be spiced as we bring the sun into our space with candles, a warm fire, and twinkling lights.

Get your tickets here. ❄️

Cozy Yoga w/ Fireside Breakfast & Coffee ☕️

In this experience we will begin with restorative yoga, a practice with lots of props, deep stretching and meditation designed to relax and inspire your journey inwards. It's a beautiful practice done almost exclusively laying down. Do you need to be flexible? Nope. Good at yoga? Not at all (what does that even mean?!). All you need to be good at is laying down n the floor. Got that covered? Perfect. After yoga we will cozy up next to the fire for a cup of coffee and some breakfast baked goods perfect for the fall season. We'll send you off with a blessing and a heart as bold as your cup of coffee.
