About Us!

Welcome! We’re TRILUNA.

We help organizers, HR teams, and marketers build meaningful connections to increase well-being and engagement for groups and events.

TRILUNA co-founders each left their decade-long careers stretched to the point of burnout and seeking a better way. They found wellness as a solution but quickly realized that what was being sold as wellness was, in fact, stigmatizing and inaccessible.

After meeting during a yoga teacher training they quickly realized they shared a similar mission: redefine wellness to make it more inclusive and accessible.

Today TRILUNA is an agency focused on event enhancement via wellness and mindfulness. We help organizers craft meaningful experiences to increase engagement and well being at conferences, retreats, and summits. Our instructors are well-vetted, professional, and engaging making sure that every attendee is cared for whether it's a group of 20 or 2,000.

Five years in and we're proud to say we've worked with some incredible companies like LinkedIn, Salesforce, Asurion, CSI DMC, and many more through event enhancement focused on wellness and community.

The thing to know about us is that we genuinely believe that there is a better way to do events. We believe that by centering the human experience at an event through wellness and community we can increase meaningful engagement...It took us five years of hard work and advocacy to get here. Wellness was not an easy sell when we started, but the world is catching up and that feels amazing. We hope that through our work more people come to adopt the idea that they get to define wellness for themselves and seek a version that feels good to them. We hope our work builds community and encourages connection. We’re truly so honored and excited to be doing this work!" -Elizabeth Moore, Co-Founder

Our core values are the lifeblood of our company.

They guide our policies, they inform our everyday actions, and they create the foundation of each one of our events. These aren’t just pie-in-the-sky goals or corporate jargon. To us, they are everything.

We believe that diversity and community matter.

Wellness is more than self-care. True well-being happens at the intersection of self-care, access, environment, and community.

We are only as well as our community is well.

We honor differences in size, age, race, ethnicity, gender, dis/ability, orientation, religion, economic status, and other human attributes. We believe that a more diverse and accepting world is a better one.

Our wellness is grounded in bio-individuality & mental well-being.

Health should support your life, not consume it. We believe everyone is deserving of unique care that fits their lifestyle in realistic and sustainable ways that prioritize mental health. The point of good health is not simply to be healthy, it is to do more of what you love with the people you care about for longer.

We understand that the way we gather matters.

People want to feel safe, included, and celebrated. We go beyond the expected to curate events and activations that encourage people to build meaningful relationships, engage with their community, and uncover their shared humanity.

The Podcast

Join Elizabeth Moore & Ashley Brooke James, co-founders of TRILUNA, for candid conversations about everything that wellness is and everything that wellness is not.  In the Wellness, Community, Magic podcast they settle in, get cozy, and talk hard truths about the wellness world with the many friends they have met and made along the way.

They have a pro donut, anti-racist, Glenda-the-good-witch agenda, and they are here to take on diet culture, racism, and elitism by making self-care realistic, inclusive, and a little bit magical.

Join them on their journey to build community and redefine wellness. Let’s get started.

Want to chat? Have questions? We would love to hear them. If you’re interested in working for TRILUNA check out our careers page here.
