  • Strokes of Insight: Connecting to Your Inner Wisdom Through Meditative Painting - When we help to raise the voices of those around us—our families, our employees, our communities—we often forget to amplify one of the most important, and often most subtle, voices in our lives: our inner wisdom. Through a brief meditation and use of watercolor painting, Nashville artist Amanda Norman will show you how to connect with this inner voice in a simple yet powerful way in this one-hour session. Sponsored by Bass, Berry & Sims.

  • The Peace Index - Learn how chaos affects you and those you lead and influence through an exercise and conversation facilitated by Will Riley, Managing Partner at COOP CCO, LLC. During this session, you will be provided with practical tools to help solve your real issues around Purpose, People, Place, Personal Health and Provision. Opportunities for open discussion and sharing with other participants will be included. Sponsored by Ingram.

  • Leading with Equity: Committing to a Just Culture that Values and Respects All - Hear from Sharon K. Roberson, the President and CEO of YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee, on the equity challenges faced by our community. Hear how these injustices negatively impact us all.
