The Future of Wellness with CNM

Wellness needs an upgrade as we look to a new normal. We need more than step challenges and weight loss programs. We need community care, an emphasis on mental health, and realistic tactics. Isolation and stress are approaching record levels and we understand firsthand the devastating impact that can have. It’s more important than ever that we’re keeping our teams engaged with their work, connected, and investing in their own wellness while continuing to build the community that creates your unique culture. 

After many years as wellness professionals, and in addition to social justice advocacy, we have identified 5 pillars of wellness that create genuine improvements not only in the life of the individual but in the community as well.

4.    Mindfulness + Movement Classes
5.    Diversity and Inclusion
—We will talk through all the above, why we started, and go into why we identified these as the 5 pillars.
