Join us for our free fitness Monday on the 14th! We’ll be joined by our teammate and friend, Michelle Dirienzo of EMPOWER Self-Defense & Group Fitness, who will lead you through a hit intensity interval training workout. You’ll use body weight, sweat, laugh, and build your community. Plus, did we mention, it’s FREE?
No need to RSVP. Just show up at our warehouse at 6:30 and come on in.
If you haven't been with us before you can put "Kipp" at 123 Douglas Ave into your GPS and park in their parking lot.
Walk across the street towards the old gas station. The warehouse says, "Abstrakt Concrete" on the side of the building, just walk up to the red door and come on it!
Bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one. We have extras so don't worry about it if you don't. Wear layers!
