Yoga On The Moss

In this class we'll greet the day with an extended meditation and breathing exercise and then we'll move through a traditional vinyasa flow with lots of stretching and then get to resting with some restorative yoga.

After class we will move to the screened in porch, built by my mother, and sip tea (or a latte handmade by my moss-lovin' dad) and relax on the swing bed or take a walk around the property while dad points out his cultivation of native plants and why, after years in the garden center business, he turned his grass lawn into a world famous moss covered paradise.
