As the seasons change and we move into fall, it's important to hit the pause button so we can slow down just long enough to set some intentions, find some gratitude, and get rid of some stuff that no longer serves us.
In this two hour workshop we will do some breath work to get our heads clear, practice some all-levels-appropriate restorative yoga and meditation to get really focused and relaxed (so wear comfy clothes, pjs would be fine!), and then we will head out to the bonfire to literally burn some of the things we are ready to let go of. After that we'll have spiked cider and some small snacks. It'll be a powerful evening of recharging and resetting.
