Movement classes can be empowering and liberating or triggering and embarrassing depending on how it’s taught. Our movement classes are designed to be accessible to all levels. We teach to the beginners while creating space and room for more experienced practitioners. Our mindfulness classes work the same way—breathwork and mindfulness you can benefit from whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years. Delivery Options:

In-Person Classes

Is your event live? Then in-person classes are a great way to add movement and excitement to your event! Choose one or make a combination of many throughout your event.

Virtual Classes

Is your event virtual? No problem! Give your team access to the same quality content no matter where they are with virtual, live movement, and mindfulness classes.

The Conference Series

This high-quality, pre-recorded series includes four 10-20 min videos designed to be used either in the space between modules of a conference or retreat. They are also great to give guests access to in their hotel rooms so they can enjoy their movement on their own. Option to customize this series to your event, just ask!
