Leadership Connect is a six-month development program tailored for small business professionals, aiming to cultivate the next generation of community and business leaders. Participants gain access to subject matter experts and engage in dialogues with peers and seasoned CEOs experienced in community leadership. 7 Years of TRILUNA: Celebrating Milestones, Magic & Community

Seven years ago, what started as a passion project between two women became a dream—and then grew into a business that has touched thousands of lives. When we launched TRILUNA, we wanted to build something that reflected our hearts, our values, and our deep belief in the power of wellness and community.

Seven years later, we’re proud to say we’ve done just that—and so much more.

What We’ve Built Together

✨ We launched a citywide wellness festival that brought people together from all over Nashville to learn, connect, and celebrate well-being in all its forms.

✨ We’ve hosted intimate supper clubs and retreats where strangers became friends over shared meals, stories, and restorative practices.

✨ We’ve partnered with some of the world’s biggest brands—including LinkedIn, Salesforce, Amazon, and 1 Hotels—to bring wellness to conferences, incentive trips, summits, and team gatherings.

✨ We’ve created unforgettable event activations, from Downdog to Donuts and incredible soundbaths to sensory oil bars and fully immersive wellness lounges.

✨ We’ve taken the stage at TEDx and beyond, emceeing, speaking, and leading workshops across the country on community, connection, and redefining what wellness can look like.

✨ We’ve expanded wellness beyond events, with shippable “bars” and activations that travel to offices, conferences, and gatherings nationwide.

✨ We’ve weathered the challenges, adapted, and grown—always keeping community at the center of our work.

What We’re Most Grateful For

The truth is, none of this would mean anything without you. Our team, our partners, our clients, our community—you’ve made these seven years possible. You’ve nourished us as much as we’ve hoped to nourish you.

What’s Next

Seven is a number of reflection and completion, but it also points us toward what’s to come. For TRILUNA, that means expanding even further into immersive wellness experiences—lounges, retreats, influencer events, and beyond.

It’s been hard work, yes. But more than anything, it’s been rewarding beyond words.

The Future of Events: Key Takeaways from Connect Marketplace

As both planners and suppliers, we always have a great time at industry conferences—but Connect is something special. We met incredible partners and made more friends than we know what to do with. We got to hear from industry leaders and hear more about the needs of our peers and clients.

Here are a few key takeaways we’re keeping with us as we prep for 2026:

• Luxury and upper-upscale events are booming. Michael Dominguez shared that while midscale and independent events are projecting slower growth, the luxury market is expanding quickly and dramatically.

• Ignore the noise—corporate events remain strong. Dominguez also emphasized that although industry chatter makes it feel like events are “taking a hit,” most of that volatility is in government-funded gatherings, not corporate events.

• You can’t fake engagement. In his talk You Can’t Fake Events, Julius Solaris highlighted some of his most controversial LinkedIn takes—like banning laptops on sales floors and questioning the role of puppies at events (unless they truly engage attendees or are used for wellness purposes, we might add).

• Events are for people. Solaris also emphasized that the interest over time for the search term “meet new people” is exploding. Your events are an opportunity for connection–community makes events memorable.

• Wellness for events is now standard. Seven years ago, when TRILUNA started doing wellness for events, people thought we were crazy. Back then, no one could picture what wellness and events had to do with each other. But at Connect, mot a single person was confused about how to impliment wellness. They were excited. They understood that:
  💡 Brain breaks and wellness lounges = better retention and focus
  💡 Movement and meditation = less burnout and overwhelm
  💡 Community = the most memorable part of any event
  Wellness activations aren’t a “nice to have” anymore—they’re quickly becoming a necessity. Attendees expect to be cared for, and events are evolving to meet that need.

The Transformative Power of A Retreat

Every retreat tells a story.

Sometimes it’s the story of slowing down, sometimes it’s about finding community, and sometimes it’s about hearing your own voice for the first time in years. One of our past retreat attendees, E.D., shared her story with us—and it’s one of those reminders of why we do this work in the first place. We’d be lying if we didn’t admit we cried all the way through reading this.

“Hi friends!

Even though it's been years, I hold the both of you in my heart as dear and cherished friends! And the time I spent first at the Triluna retreat and then at other events with all of you as so transformative.

I've shared this story at least with Liz before, but it counts as one of the most profound, magic-filled, special moments of my life––Leading up to the retreat, I was working in mental health and in a marriage where I had to be so small. I couldn't take up any space, my partner at the time was drowning in his own mental health issues and I loved him deeply and I couldn't help and I had to hold it all together.

I was 25 years old, working with clients everyday who were both homeless and diagnosed with a mental illness, and I would go home to a husband who was lost in other ways. It was too much to carry and I grieve for that young version of myself. I was so young. The retreat was doing something for myself and only myself, for the first time since I could remember.

I vividly remember sitting by the fire one night, thinking....I can't do this anymore, something has to give. I have to leave my job, I have to find something else. And then I was overcome with a deep knowing that everything would be different in a year. I had no idea what that meant, but assumed I'd find some other job and be better. It was that unexplainable peace. The kind that washes over you unexpectedly. You're not sure where it comes from or why it comes at that time, but you trust it fully.

A year from that date (yes, exactly a year,) I was living in Texas, separated from my husband and starting my new job.
My life wasn't different in the ways I thought or wished or hoped it would be, but different in a way that saved my life.

That deep knowing carried me through so many dark times. Both of your support and love (even from afar) has carried me through dark times.

This is deeply personal and I'm not sure there's a marketable end to any of it! But all that to say, the magic you two create is transformative and life-changing and deeply important in ways I can't explain unless you've experienced it.

To be in the presence, the creativity, and deep authenticity you both bring is such a gift. There's so many experiences and retreats and etc etc in the world and so much of it feels empty and marketable and fake.

But not you two--you two are the real deal, making magic for people because you truly, deeply care...Keep putting the heart and soul you both do into this work, and everything you touch will continue to turn to gold...”

It wasn’t new information—but it hit differently. As a company that designs wellness and community activations for events, we’ve seen this truth play out again and again.
