Join us for an all-level yoga class followed by a donut and coffee bar to celebrate TRILUNA's 5-year birthday at oneC1TY!

"Downdog to Donuts" is a fun title but behind it is a fundamental ethos of balance, realism, and body autonomy. We believe wholeheartedly that wellness is meant to benefit and augment your life, not control it. In fact, we have believed that for all five years of our company so we're bringing back this TRILUNA cult classic for our birthday and it’s sponsored by Hero Donuts so you know it’s going to be good!

We are THRILLED to announce an official TRILUNA donut partner: Hero Doughnuts and Buns!

If you don't know us then know that our classes are for EVERYONE. Never done yoga before? So what. Nervous about showing up to a group class? We got you. Don't know anyone in town and nervous about coming alone? You won’t be alone for long! Don't like donuts? Well, honestly not sure what to tell you on that one.

Join us for a movement class and stay for the coffee, donuts, and community. It's a great way to start your Saturday and meet some cool new people (or reconnect with old friends). So grab your yoga mat and head on down. We can't wait to see you and celebrate our birthday!

Mind Body Magic Festival 2021

Mind Body Magic Festival 2021

We hope you’ll join us for the third annual Mind Body Magic Festival!

The Mind Body Magic Festival is an annual event that seeks to bring the best of Nashville's wellness scene together to spark inspiration, well-being, and education throughout the city hosted by TRILUNA Wellness + oneC1TY!

The first year we saw over 1,000 RSVPS and nearly 500 attendees from all across our city. We danced, we flowed, we listened, and we discussed what wellness means to us and to our community. Our second year was a bit different, we focused on outdoor, well-spaced movement that brought us together safely. This year we will bring back the festival in all its glory—with a few new safety features.

Three pillars hold up this festival: social justice and activism, realistic wellness that is free of diet-culture and full of magic, and community care rooted in mutual respect and grounded in love. You’ll see vendors with businesses ranging from cotton candy to meditation. You’ll learn more about everything from mental health to community activism. You’ll move, celebrate, grow, connect, and eat!

More details coming soon. To learn more about us head over to our main website MindBodyMagicFestival.com or apply to be a vendor here!

Supper Club: Why Community Matters

Supper Club: Why Community Matters

Join us, TRILUNA Wellness, on September 10th for a Supper Club at Alabaster Collective!

This event is all about the importance of community. As we emerge from a year of isolation many are in search of connection and community.

Covid and the social unrest of the last year made it necessary to have difficult conversations and to intentionally place ourselves outside of our comfort zones and into the unknown.

We must now seek to build new communities that can bring us both joy and enlightenment–new communities that make us feel safe, loved, and place us around individuals unlike ourselves in order to grow through their lived experiences.

Nourishing communities is part of the rebuild–the redesign of a new vision of a future led by authenticity, vulnerability, and inclusion.

About The Venue:

Alabaster Collective is a beautifully renovated venue in the heart of Germantown. They are a true partner with us for this event and we are so grateful for their support! We can't wait for you to see this location.

Their mission, perfectly aligned with TRILUNA, is to make beautiful space. They create belonging at the intersection of relationship, community, work, and gathering. They design space, foster connection, and encourage development.

Alabaster currently executes this mission by being home to a women's coworking space & social club, and by using the property as an intimate gathering venue. This creates inroads to their greatest passion: reconstructing communities, so every person has access to a life well-lived.

About The Supper Club Chef:

Cleveland Shearls, owner of The Lost Spoon, has become a recognizable Chef in the Southeast region. The charismatic chef has cooked for some notable NFL players such as Chris Hope, Cody Sensabaugh, & Cary Williams just to name a few. He also has the distinct pleasure to cater for some of Nashville’s most prominent citizens.

In addition to his catering, meal prep, and personal chef services, Chef Cleveland is very passionate about feeding the homeless and needy throughout Nashville. He is currently working to starting his own foundation called FEED THE CORNER. This foundation will help the homeless, elderly and families that struggle with putting food on the table daily.

Soulcare Sunday at Shakti with Ashley Brooke James

SOULCARE SUNDAY AT SHAKTI WITH ASHLEY BROOKE JAMES: BACK TO THE BODY UNDERSTANDING + EXPLORING THE CHAKRAS

“We are spiritual beings having a human experience”

Start your self-care Sunday off right and join me for a "Soul- Care Sunday" at Shakti with Ashley.

It's summertime and many of us are just in search of relaxation and  real authentic “soul/self-care.” While bubble baths and pedicures are nice and needed we must start first examining ourselves and allowing ourselves to let go in order to move forward.

In this workshop, we will identify + explore each chakra in the system and use accessible yoga poses, journaling, and meditation to create awareness around where we often store our stress, anxiety, and insecurities so we can release and restore. The Chakras  are the concentrated energy centers of the body. Originating from Sanskrit,  the word “CHA- KRA” means “wheel.” They are the various energy centers of the body responsible for incorporating and emanating energy to keep us functioning at optimal levels. Each of the body’s basic seven chakras is associated with specific locations on the body starting at the base of our spine all the way to the crown of the head.

The Future of Wellness with CNM

Wellness needs an upgrade as we look to a new normal. We need more than step challenges and weight loss programs. We need community care, an emphasis on mental health, and realistic tactics. Isolation and stress are approaching record levels and we understand firsthand the devastating impact that can have. It’s more important than ever that we’re keeping our teams engaged with their work, connected, and investing in their own wellness while continuing to build the community that creates your unique culture.

After many years as wellness professionals, and in addition to social justice advocacy, we have identified 5 pillars of wellness that create genuine improvements not only in the life of the individual but in the community as well.
1.    Selfcare for Stress Management
2.    Nourishment beyond food: The Art of Home Cooking
3.    Purpose and Productivity
4.    Mindfulness + Movement Classes
5.    Diversity and Inclusion
—We will talk through all the above, why we started, and go into why we identified these as the 5 pillars.
